If you have a flat roof leak  we can probably offer you an emergency repair service at very short notice.
The service works like this:

1. Call us (see Contact Me) as EARLY as possible, ideally 7.30-9a.m.

2. We shall endeavour to be with you within a few hours.

3. If at all possible (which is usual in 99% of all past cases) we shall apply  weatherproofing to the defective area.

There is a charge of £65 for this service HOWEVER, this charge is credited to your final  account if subsequent necessary works are advised and you instruct us, within seven days, to carry out the works following a written quote to you for these works.
Payment for these works is payable on completion of the emergency works by cash ONLY.
Patch up emergency repairs carry NO prolonged waterproof guarantee and apply to ONE localised area ONLY.
A maximum call out duration of ONE HOUR on site applies to this service.
